Izuna 2: The Unemployed Ninja Returns
Review by MegaModelZXA
"A Surprisingly Fun Game"
Izuna 2 is a dungeon game. If you don't know what a dungeon game is, I'll tell you. A dungeon game is a game where you enter dungeons. Usually you level up and can pick up items. When you die, you lose everything.
Story:
It starts off as Izuna wasting all of everyones money on food so she enters a tutorial dungeon. In this dungeon, you can have Shino explain how the game works. After the tutorial dungeon, Izuna attends a wedding. Soon after the wedding Shino runs off searching for her sister. Eventually, after many battles and dungeons, Shino finally finds her sister. But as soon as she finds her, the Dark Prince gets angry and goes on the rampage. Izuna and the Gods from the first game must stop him to save the world.
Gameplay:
Very simple. You walk enter dungeons and fight monsters. You level up and find some items. You customize your weapons to make it more powerful. You can even take pictures in this game with a camera!
There are several different kinds of weapons in this game. There is a sword, armor, claw, boots, doll, and a toy. The sword can be equipped together with the armor. The claw provides good defense and offense. The boots provide incredibly good defense but low offense. The doll is similar to the claw. The toy is has several weapons such as a yo-yo and a boomerang. Each has a different ability and stats.
There is a glossary in the game which allows you to look at the bosses and characters you have take pictures of. Also, you can look at events that you've unlocked.
There are also secret things you can unlock such as secret dungeons and a secret event.
Sound:
The music in the game is not bad but not good either. Some songs matches the "mood" of the scene but some don't.
Graphics:
The sprites in the game are much better than the first Izuna game. The color is washed out like the first Izuna game. It is much more detailed and the background art is stunning.
Overall:
Overall, you should get this game. It is not very hard to beat, but isn;t easy either. There is nothing sexual about the game except for some pictures of the girls barely covered. They do not say anything relating to sex so parents do not have to worry.
